Old System & Limited/Qualified Title

A qualified or limited title on a property means that the land has not been defined by a survey and the boundaries have not be examined in Land & Property Information.  Whilst most of the Old System Title in New South Wales has been updated, there do exist some properties where this is not the case. 

A limitation on the property can be removed by the lodgement of a limited title survey that accurately defines the boundaries of the land.
